Hotel cancellation policy
Cancellation or modification:
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival sending an email to the Hostal. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel or modify in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
- No prepayment is needed.
Prepayment: No deposit will be charged
Payment: The payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel.
The Hostal may pre-authorise guests’ credit cards before free cancellation ends. If it is not possible to pre-authorize the amount of the reservation, the guest will be notified by email. Even so, Hostal Campo de Estrelas reserves the right to cancel it at any time.
Payment method admitted: Bank card or cash
Check-in time
Guests may check-in from 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Check-in after 8:00 p.m. is not possible.
Check-out time
On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11:30 a.m.
Reception time (*)
9:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m., otherwise contact reception to check availability via e-mail or calling our phones.
(*) Although the reception hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the local there is always staff at night to cater only to guests who are already staying.
Children
Due to its characteristics, this hostel is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
* Campo de Estrelas reserves the right of admission to clients who insult the staff of the establishment, behave in a way that harms other guests, or present themselves in an indecent manner and in the face of any attitude that objectively damages the welfare of other guests.
